Zumba with Onyeka is a 1 hour dance workout. I infuse Latin inspired dance moves with international dance to create an effective workout. You can burn up to 800 calories whilst toning up as well. My aim is to get you to work out in a fun way and hopefully get you hooked. My style of Zumba is simple, fun, energetic and effective. I look forward to seeing you.
Onyeka is a qualified Zumba instructor and has been teaching Zumba for nearly two years. She is a mother of four and fitness is an important part of her life. She enjoys teaching zumba and helping people to lose weight and keep fit. Onyeka says:
