This is the whole body workout for all levels (regardless of weight and age), for beginners as well as for advanced level (the workout includes spins, pole tricks, combos and routines). It burns up to 600 calories and leads to significant weight loss. This is the most feminine although very tough class.

Whole body approach. Pole moves, spins, transitions, routines, conditioning & strengthening, as well flexibility with Ed. Both static and spinning pole.
Timetable for pole classes:
12-1pm - Pole Dance & Fitness (Beg.)
1-2pm - Pole Dance & Fitness (Int./Adv.)
Fee: £10/ hour (drop in)
Private sessions and personal training-as well mobile pole training- available by appointments only.

My passion for fitness started very young. From the age of 12 I have been training to be an athlete in a large variety of different sports from kickboxing to running, to yoga. But no matter how many sports or activities I tried, I was struggling to find that one perfect fitness regime for me. I was looking for a program that I can put 100% of myself into and in turn gain 100% back, because we all know you only get out what you put in. So I started to get some ideas and develop my own program.
This was the first step to becoming a Personal Trainer, Pole Dance Instructor and Nutritional Adviser, and ever since, sport health and fitness has taken an every day place in my life.
I have been lucky enough to have lived, studied and trained all over Europe and the UK and have worked with many brilliant individuals in the industry. Now based on my experiences and knowledge gained, I can bring YOUR FITNESS to YOU, using the most effective methods and equipment as YOUR personal trainer.
