Leonie has her qualification for Insanity Instructor. And she is a official member of Beachbody Pro Team. Only Pro Team members have access to new routines every 3 months. She teaches at the Fit4less gym in Highburry, Platform dance studio and is often invited at the Sweaty Betty store as a guest teacher.

INSANITY uses MAX Interval Training, which replaces traditional moderate-intensity exercise with maximum-intensity exercise, and trades short intervals of intensity for short periods of rest.
A 50-minute workout staring with a warm up. 3 Blocks of interval straining and a 8 minute abs & core workout. Finishing with cool-down stretch.
It's very important to wear good trainers. This is not a dance class so no dance-sneakers and not barefoot!
You will be sweating, so make sure to bring a towel and lots of water.
It's not advised to eat a big meal just before the workout. Make sure you have enough energy but don't start the class with a full stomach.
Every adult can join the class, that's the great thing about the Insanity Class format. This is not the 60 day dvd workout. There are modifications for every movement.
There is no need to book the class. Just turn up on the day.
Please note, wearing good trainers for this class is a must!
Due to health and safety regulations, participants wearing inappropriate footwear will not be admitted!
