CorpãoX + Brazilian Bootcamp
Class Descriptions (there are two classes):
- CorpãoX is a dance cardio workout that mixes Brazilian dance classics such as samba and Brazilian hip-hop with popular lower body and booty exercises from Brazilian gyms and martial arts. Open to all levels.
- Brazilian Bootcamp combines traditional bootcamp circuits with Brazilian athletic exercises for some serious sculpting and toning. Expect intense cardio and strength training inspired by Brazilian martial arts, soccer and Brazilian gyms. Open to all levels.
What are classes like?
Both CorpãoX and Brazilian Bootcamp are designed to complement one another in building cardiovascular fitness (CorpãoX) and improving overall total body strength (Brazil Bootcamp.) Both classes are set to Brazilian beats with a combination of bodyweight exercises, floor work and tension training. As classes are led by a certified personal trainer, there is a strong focus on proper form and effective movement.
Chardét "Cha" is a Brazilian-American Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor specialising in strength training for women.
She is the founder of New York based, Corpão Fitness as well as creator of its two signature workouts, CorpãoX and Brazilian Bootcamp and the 60 Day Body Transformation Program, Sesenta Challenge.
Chardet keeps all classes informal and light-hearted in true Brazilian fashion; you'll work harder than you ever have before but laugh and play just as much as you sweat!
