Madee has selected playlists of the best that African artists have brought to the world. It's a pleasure for your ears to discover new sounds and rhythms. This can also be a really good basic course if you want to dance to a high level in African dance styles.
The Active Afro Training is suitable for all ages and genders! It is all about enjoying the process to be fitter!

Madee is a performer, choreographer and teacher, based in London. A native Congolese who grew up in France and graduated from Paris 8 Dance research University with a degree in choreographic art and show critic expertise, she worked with companies in France and the UK. Madee’s practice of various styles of dance such as contemporary, jazz, commercial hip-hop and Brazilian dances allows her to live dance without mental or physical boundaries. The styles which make her heart beat are from Africa! She has developed her own African flow inspired by the various traditional and popular dances from Africa. With more than 10 years experience in stage performance and teaching, Madee has played in movies, series and pieces and modelled on catwalks for designers in France!
